* Tickets cost $20.00 each. Ticket holders do not have to be present to win.

* Ticket stub must be presented at door to enter and register. Only one person may register per ticket.  Any guest without a ticket will be charged a $5.00 entry fee.

* FREE FOOD, SOFT DRINK & WATER will be provided to registered ticket holders. No food is to be carried out of building.

* A Maximum of 2500 TICKETS will be sold, and tickets will be available until all are sold OR 2:00pm on April 14, 2012 whichever comes first.
  Unless at least 1600 TICKETS have been sold by March 30, 2012, Staton House Fire & Rescue Association reserves the right to refund ticket monies to purchasers and cancel the event.

* ONLINE TICKET SALES will end on April 08, 2012 or until all tickets are sold, whichever occurs first

* Any RETURNED CHECK will void the ticket(s) that it purchased.

* A Parent or Gaurdian must claim prizes won by individuals UNDER THE AGE OF 18.

* Prizes will be awarded ONLY after VERIFICATION of TICKET, POSITIVE IDENTIFICATION, and COMPLETION of RELEASE FORM acknowledging reciept of prize or claim ticket.

* Merchandise winners will be awarded a CLAIM TICKET, which must be redeemed at the appropriate vendor. purchased.

* All MONETARY PRIZES will be available the day of the drawing.
All OTHER PRIZES will be available the next regular business day from the vendor.

* Some prizes may require payment of TAX, TAGS, or OTHER FEES. This will be the responsibility of the winner.

* In accordance with State and Federal law, SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION of a BACKGROUND CHECK will be required before any person may claim a firearm.

* Any prizes unclaimed after 15 DAYS will become the property of Staton House Fire & Rescue Association.

* At the conclusion of the event, WINNERS WILL BE POSTED on this site and at the fire station on Memorial Drive.

* Staton House Fire & Rescue Association, its agents and event sponsors WILL NOT be responsible for any injuries or illness incurred due to participation in this event, nor for ANY LIABILTY RESULTING FROM THE AWARDING and/or usage of any prize. PARTICIPATION IS AT YOUR OWN RISK!
