Staton House Volunteer Fire / Rescue Department Inc. collects personally identifiable information from our users only through email voluntarily sent to treasurer@statonhousefire.com.

Use of Information - Lion Share

If you request your MVP card to be entered by us, we require certain personally identifiable information from you via email. The requested personally identifiable information consists of your name, phone number, and 12 digit MVP card number. We use this information for the purposes of Updating your MVP donation profile. This information is necessary to process your application.

Use of Information - Customer Service

Based upon the personally identifiable information you provide us, we may send you a welcoming email to verify your card has been updated. We will communicate with you in response to your inquiries. These communications can be via email or telephone, in accordance with your wishes.

Security of Personal Information

We store your personal information in a secure location that is accessible only by designated staff. We make reasonable efforts to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.

We Share Personally Identifiable Information with Third Parties. The Third parties are limited to Foodlion Inc. (Creator of the MVP card).
